What forms of payment are accepted?

Flatmelon uses a secure payment gateway that accepts various payment methods such as International Credit Cards and PayPal.

When is the work typically delivered (deadline)?

Once service(s) purchased, You will be contacted to send all necessary information/content, if necessary. Flatmelon will start the work the next business day, and adheres to the 'Delivery Time' mentioned.

What happens in case of delay for delivery?

 Each creative job is unique from the other. Flatmelon does not replicate creative work as we are determined to deliver a unique proposition each time. As a result, a complexity of the creative work might demand extra days, depending on the number of iterations/changes clients request.

How many times can I make changes?

While the job is in progress, Flatmelon sends drafts to clients. During this time, clients are free to request changes/iterations as many as they wish, provided that the service scope does not change. Flatmelon will maximize its creative energy to deliver the best possible work. After the work is delivered, client must abide by the support duration purchased with the service, during which clients can request content or design changes. Additional features will count will be quoted separately.

Who accepts responsibility of content errors?

While Flatmelon takes all care to avoid errors, we accept no responsibility for typographical errors, spelling mistakes or incorrect information on any project committed to print or production. It is the responsibility of the client to proofread and approve all final copy/content/artwork before the production or publication of all deliverables.

What if I request something beyond the scope?

Because we value the principles of project management, changes or modifications to the project beyond the work scope will be considered a Change Request. Client will be notified when a Change Request needs to be issued. Change Requests are calculated at the standard hourly rate.

Who takes the credit for the work delivered?

The client agrees to allow Flatmelon to showcase and publish any/all work created in the course of a project as part of Flatmelon's portfolio and digital presence.

Who owns the copyrights of the final work?

Once a final product is delivered to the Client and full payment for the complete project has been received, all ownership and intellectual property rights of the final materials transfer to the Client. Unused products, including but not limited to unapproved concepts, drafts and revisions, remain the property of Flatmelon Interactive. 

Can I receive the source files of the final work?

Unless included in the agreement, all digital assets (source files) used to produce the final product or service remains the property of Flatmelon. Client can request to purchase the source files of the Created Materials while Flatmelon retains the right to refuse for any reason, such as the case when source files can be repackaged for mass selling through digital markets.

Can I request for an estimate for a job beyond the services available online?

Yes. Estimated prices are calculated based on working hours. Working hours include research, artwork design, copywriting, and project management. Estimates will be sent to client for approval after communicating the requirements.

Can I ask for a refund?

After you have successfully made a purchase for a service online, you can request for a refund within 24 hours. Payments after 24 hours from an online purchase are not accepted for a refund since resources are allocated to complete the job order.

Why do I need to create a brand when I can buy a ready logo online?

Some clients choose to purchase ready-made logos from large design markets. While this may yield a good result financially, buying a logo online will not reach your brand-making potential. Creating a brand from a specialized design house that studies your business objectives and your target market is the only effective way to truly create a lasting brand.

Why you only design apps but not develop/build them?

We specialize in creative design services, but we many of our team members have a coding experience. Building software demands a different set of skill sets and comes from a separate mind set. By specializing in one field we are able to exploit the full potential of the design world and deliver the best possible creative services.
